Move-in Checklist

First Month's Rent & Security Deposit
We need the first month's rent and security deposit to secure your rental home. Confirm these amounts with our team before the lease signing to avoid any issues.

Move-in Date & Inspection
Your official move-in date and inspection information will be provided during the lease signing.

Utilities
You'll need to place all utility accounts for your rental home in your name after signing the lease. Do so immediately to avoid losing access. Remember, you'll need to keep these accounts current throughout your stay with us.

Move-out Checklist

Notice of Intent to Vacate
Planning to move out of your rental home? Please provide our team with notice of intent to vacate, in accordance with the terms of your lease.

Property Condition
Before handing in your keys, you'll need to bring your property back to rent-ready condition. This involves the following:

Rental Cleaning: Carefully clean your rental, removing all of your personal belongings from the unit. You'll need to sanitize every room in the property, wiping down hard surfaces and vacuuming/mopping/sweeping the floors.

Landscaping/Outdoor Areas: If you typically take care of landscaping chores for your rental, you'll need to handle these once more before moving out.

Repairs: If any damage occurred during your stay, please take the necessary measures to address such damages. This involves patching nail and screw holes and replacing any broken glass.

Security Deposit
Your security deposit covers any damages in your rental or unpaid fees on your account; we will conduct a final inspection after your departure to determine any damage.

Remember, you cannot use the deposit to cover your final rent payment. Failure to pay your last rent bill will result in legal action and adverse credit reporting.
