Rental Listings and Services

Rental listings on the Web Site come from our property management software and may change at any time. Rent, availability, photos, square footage, and other details are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed and should be confirmed with our office. A listing is not an offer to rent, and all applicants are subject to our screening criteria. Rental applications and the owner and tenant portals are provided by AppFolio, and AppFolio's terms also apply when you use them.

Oak Street Property Management is a licensed Florida real estate brokerage. Information on the Web Site is general and is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Use of the Web Site does not create a management agreement or agency relationship. Our services begin only under a signed written agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use constitute a contract made under and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action related to the Web Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
